Privacy Policy
This notice explains how TreeVibe handles personal information, including information used for identity verification, AML screening and access to the TreeVibe dashboard.
1. Information TreeVibe may process
Depending on how you use TreeVibe, we may process:
- your public blockchain wallet address;
- KYC verification status, verification/session identifiers and verification timestamps;
- IP address, detected country and ordinary server/security logs;
- public blockchain transaction and smart-contract data;
- contact or profile information that you voluntarily provide through TreeVibe features.
2. Identity verification and Didit
TreeVibe uses Didit as a third-party identity-verification and compliance provider. The verification flow may require you to provide identification information, identity documents, a selfie/liveness check and other information required by the selected KYC/AML workflow.
Those verification materials are submitted through Didit's verification service. TreeVibe's normal integration is designed to receive and retain the verification result and technical identifiers needed to determine whether access should be allowed, rather than copies of your identity documents.
3. Why information is used
- to perform or confirm KYC and AML screening;
- to determine whether a wallet may use restricted TreeVibe dashboard functions;
- to prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access;
- to provide local-language, geographic or compliance-related notices;
- to operate, secure and troubleshoot the platform;
- to meet legal, accounting, compliance or dispute-handling requirements where applicable.
4. IP address and country detection
TreeVibe may use your IP address to estimate the country from which the dashboard is being accessed. This can be used to display local-language notices, apply geographic rules and support security or compliance controls. IP-based country detection is an estimate and is not treated as proof of citizenship or legal residence.
5. Blockchain information
Public blockchain transactions are visible on the relevant blockchain network. TreeVibe may read public wallet, transaction and smart-contract data in order to operate the dashboard. Public blockchain data is outside TreeVibe's control and may be permanent.
6. Service providers
TreeVibe may use service providers for identity verification, hosting, security, blockchain RPC access, email delivery and related technical operations. These providers may process information necessary to provide their service.
7. Data retention
TreeVibe retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for platform access, security, compliance, record keeping, dispute handling and other legitimate operational purposes, subject to applicable law. Retention of information held directly by third-party providers such as Didit is also governed by their applicable service settings and privacy terms.
8. Sharing and sale of data
TreeVibe does not sell personal information for advertising purposes. Information may be shared with service providers as necessary to operate the platform, or where disclosure is required by applicable law, legal process, security needs or compliance obligations.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other treatment of personal information held by TreeVibe. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, and TreeVibe cannot delete information that exists independently on a public blockchain.
10. Security
TreeVibe uses technical and organizational controls intended to reduce unauthorized access to information under its control. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Contact and updates
Privacy-related requests can be sent to helpme@treevibe.me. This policy may be updated when TreeVibe's functionality, service providers or compliance processes change.
